Installing a cheap boiler can be a false economy, reliability and efficiency over

for money in the long term.  A boiler installation is not a job you should need

doing often so we believe it is better to pay a little extra and install a boiler

Gas Safety Certificate

Sheldon's Electrical & Plumbing can provide a one off service or an annual

service, on all Natural Gas & LPG appliances, fittings and flues, whether it

be for your own peace of mind or you are legally required to as a Landlord.  

As a landlord you will need to have an updated Gas Safety Certificate every

12 months. We are here to provide the necessary checks to assure your
